The commercial use of drones is taking off in the United States, and you could be part of a national, multi-disciplinary team reporting on its rise. We’re looking for students to join our team to provide coverage of businesses planning to use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and the changing regulations around them. Over the summer, you’ll produce articles to be published on our website and on partner publications’, such as the Huffington Post. You’ll travel to the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Action Summit in North Dakota, the location of the first FAA-approved commercial drone testing site, and talk to industry leaders about the possibilities and privacy concerns surrounding the technology’s use.
