Viktorija Mickute
Viktorija Mickute is a Fulbright scholar from Lithuania and a journalism graduate student at the Missouri School of Journalism. After earning her degree in political science and international relations from Vilnius University, she worked for the Lithuanian National Television as an international news editor. In the summer of 2013, she travelled in an old van across Central America and shot short documentaries in Nicaragua and Costa Rica about SOS Children's Villages. She also produces the radio show "Global Journalist" on international events and press freedom issues and is working on independent film projects.
